Refund / Cancellation Policy Easy To Cancel / Transfer

If you want to cancel your tour/trek, you must notify us by Email. Once we receives your notice, The cancellation Amount will be counted on the full charge of tour/trek, cancellation will take effect subject to the following.

Rescission request received on Sundays and public holidays shall be cleared only on the next official working day.

Customers may choose from the following two refund options:

1. Online/Cash Refund:

  • Before 40+ days = 10% cancellation charges
  • Before 21 to 40 days = 25% cancellation charges
  • Before 11 to 20 days = 40% cancellation charges
  • Before 1 to 10 days = 90% cancellation charges

2. Refund as Credit Voucher:

Eligible refunds will be issued as a Credit Voucher. The Credit Voucher amount will be calculated after deducting applicable flight and train ticket cancellation charges. These charges will not be included in the Credit Voucher.

Note: Convenience charges and transaction fees associated with online payments are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Transfer: If you wish to transfer from one tour/trek to another, you must notify us by email.

Cancellation Due to Insufficient Booking Strength

Compass Holidays & Adventure reserves the right to cancel any tour/trek before departure if there are too few people booked on the tour/trek. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the tour/trek charges paid by you. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts.

Medical Fitness & Health Requirements

You declare that you are in good health and are mentally and physically fit to participate in the tour/trek at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit and capable of undertaking the activities involved in the tour/trek. If you have any medical condition, injury, or other health-related concern that may affect your ability to participate safely, you must inform Compass Holidays & Adventure at the time of booking.

Route Changes and Modifications

Compass Holidays & Adventure reserves the right to make changes to the planned route or itinerary of any tour/trek when necessary. This may include:

  • Cancelling or modifying any part of the planned route.
  • Substituting an alternative or equivalent route or activity in place of the original route or activity.
  • Postponing, cancelling, or delaying any part of the tour/trek where, in our reasonable discretion, this is necessary due to inclement weather, snow, ice, hazardous or dangerous conditions, or any other adverse circumstances.
  • Making changes due to political, military, terrorist, environmental, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or feasibility of the tour/trek.

In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund of the tour/trek price, whether in whole or in part, or to claim compensation for any injury, loss, damage, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred as a result of any such change, modification, cancellation, postponement, or delay.

Identity Proof of Citizenship

It is your responsibility to obtain proper identification or proof of citizenship as required by the Government Authorities of the destination to which you are travelling.

Discipline / Follow Instructions Must follow all instructions given clearly by the authorized person, instructor, guide, or leader.
Alcohol and Drugs Prohibited
Alcohol & Drugs Prohibited Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the trek. If anyone is found or suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, their participation will be immediately cancelled.
Separate Facilities
Separate Facilities - Male & Female Accommodation is generally arranged separately for male and female. Shared accommodation for male and female participants may be provided together based on the package or upon request.
Respect People, Culture and Wildlife
Respect People, Culture & Wildlife Respect all people, local cultures, and wildlife throughout the trek/tour. Do not disturb, harm, or interfere with wild animals, birds, or their natural habitat.
